Recently, the worlds of technology and cricket collided when Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates shared an adorable moment with Indian cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar. In a video posted on Instagram, Gates and Tendulkar were seen sharing a vada pav, a popular Indian street food, while seated on a bench. Gates humorously captioned the video, “A snack break before we get to work.” The clip concluded with the intriguing caption, “Serving soon.”
Talking of his visit to India, Gates expressed his admiration for the country’s innovation and problem-solving spirit. Writing in his blog, he shared, “I came away with new ideas because India is full of smart, ambitious people tackling some of the world’s hardest problems in creative ways.”
Previously when the Microsoft founder, Bill Gates was in India, he spent time with a local tea seller from Nagpur who is popularly known as Dolly Chaiwala on Instagram. While Gates relished his time drinking tea and enjoying Indian street food, he also shared the video on social media, and it gathered several million views and lakhs of likes and reshares.
