On the last day of the Delhi Assembly election campaign, Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a roadshow in support of BJP candidates across various assembly constituencies.
During his address, CM Dhami highlighted the achievements of the BJP’s double-engine government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi while criticizing the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government on multiple fronts.
He raised serious concerns regarding the cleanliness of the Yamuna River, corruption, appeasement politics, and the promotion of the liquor mafia. Throughout the campaign, he launched sharp attacks on AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, stating, “Arvind Kejriwal, who talks about poisoning the Yamuna River, has a toxic mindset himself. If there were a competition for lying, he would certainly win a gold medal.”
CM Dhami further accused Arvind Kejriwal and his party of disrespecting the Indian Army, saying, “Arvind Kejriwal and his party have insulted our brave soldiers by questioning their valor and military traditions.”
Targeting the AAP government, he added, “The Kejriwal government has taken no concrete steps for Delhi’s development. They are only focused on fulfilling their selfish political ambitions while the people of Delhi deserve better governance and facilities.”
CM Dhami emphasized, “Delhi will witness a transformation, the pace of development will accelerate, and with a BJP government in place, the lotus of progress will bloom. The people of Delhi now seek change, and BJP is the only party that consistently fulfills its promises.”
He urged Delhi voters to support the BJP on February 5, ensuring victory against corruption, appeasement, and falsehoods. The roadshow was attended by BJP candidates Raj Kumar Anand, Dushyant Kumar Gautam, Chandan Kumar Chaudhary, Minister of State Vinay Rohila, and several other party leaders and workers.
