The winners of the fifth edition of Times of India Gadgets Now Awards were announced at a glittering gathering in Gurugram tonight. The event was attended by members of the leadership team of some of the most influential and popular technology companies in the country.
There were 21 categories in total across products – laptops, smartphones, home audio, wearables and more. For each category, there were two sets of awards – Jury and People’s Choice. Distinguished industry leaders who joined the ceremony comprised of CP Gurnani, Co-Founder & Executive Vice Chairman of AlonOS and former Tech Mahindra CEO; Pankaj Mohindroo, Chairman of India Cellular and Electronics Association (ICEA); Prasanto Kumar Roy, FTI Consulting Advisor; Paavan Nanda, CEO & Co-founder of WinZO; and Manisha Singh, Technology Editor at TOI Online.
The awards were presented by eminent personalities that included Olympics medal winner Vijendra Singh, Netflix series – Heeramandi fame Taha Shah Badussah, Indian coach and former hockey player Rani Rampal, wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt, former cricketer Madan Lal, and TV personality & Carbon CEO Shalin Bhanot.
