Elon Musk reacts to 'burn a Tesla, save democracy' calls, 'Swastikars' jibe by Tesla Takedown protesters
Tesla Takedown protesters gave a call for burning Teslas during their major global protest on Saturday.

As thousands of protesters took to the street giving calls to burn a Tesla in order to save democracy in the massive Tesla Takedown protest Saturday, Elon Musk said it was insanely ironic because he did “literally zero violence”. This has been the mainstay of Musk’s defence against the worldwide protests against his company, Tesla, in the wake of his interference in the US government. The protest, supposed to be non-violent, is a statement against his Department of Government Efficiency which is shutting down agencies, cut jobs but as several vehicles were torched in the country, the Trump administration will charge the curprits with domestic terrorism, they said.

“Sure is insanely ironic that the people shooting bullets into Tesla stores, burning down cars and generally being violent are calling me a Nazi when I have done literally zero violence at all,” Elon Musk posted.

Musk reacted to a photo of a protester with a script of anti-Elon chants written on it. “Elon Musk, go to Mars/we don’t want your Swastikars. Elon Musk is unelected/Democracy must be protected…” the chant read. “Interesting,” Elon reacted as he shared the post.
Republicans criticized the ‘burn a Teslm save democracy’ banner displayed outside a Manhattan Tesla showroom during the protest.
In an interview with Fox News, Elon Musk earlier said the propaganda behind the protest is more dangerous as he believes the protesters are being fed some lies and they are believing in them. “What’s happening, it seems to me, is, they’re being fed propaganda by the far left, and they believe it,” Musk said. “It’s really unfortunate.”
“And the president’s made it clear, we’re going to go after them,” Musk said. “The ones providing the money, the ones pushing the lies and propaganda, we’re going after them.” Musk said people responsible for “pushing these lies” need to be held responsible because “those lies almost got the president killed,” referring to assassination attempts made against Donald Trump during the campaign last year.
