'People don’t take Congress seriously': Arvind Kejriwal says BJP, Congress teaming up against AAP

NEW DELHI: With assembly elections approaching, political tensions in Delhi continue to escalate. Former Delhi chief minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal criticised Congress and BJP, suggesting they should openly admit to working together against AAP.

“Congress and BJP should announce they are fighting together to defeat AAP,” Kejriwal stated during a press briefing, adding, “People have stopped taking Congress seriously.”
Women protest outside Kejriwal’s residence
Meanwhile, a group of women from Punjab staged a protest outside Kejriwal’s Delhi residence, alleging unfulfilled promises made during the Punjab assembly elections.

Kejriwal dismissed the protest, claiming, “Those women belong to Congress and BJP. They are not from Punjab. Women in Punjab stand with us and trust AAP. Congress and BJP should officially declare they are jointly contesting against AAP in Delhi.”
Water bill relief promise
In a separate announcement, Kejriwal assured residents that any incorrect water bills would be waived after the elections, bringing relief to affected households.
