Thiruvananthapuram: A passenger has filed a complaint alleging that an IndiGo Airlines flight attendant stole a gold chain from her five-year-old daughter on a Thiruvananthapuram-Bengaluru flight. Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) police took up the case.
Sources claim that the gold chain went missing when the child went to the toilet and the passenger alleged the involvement of a flight attendant.
In a statement, IndiGo Airlines said, “We are aware of a recent incident involving a staff member on flight 6E 661 from Thiruvananthapuram to Bengaluru, regarding a concern raised by our customer. We take such matters extremely seriously and are providing full support and cooperation to the relevant authorities in carrying out the investigations.”
