Jal Jeevan Mission's 'Water Run' game gains traction at Maha Kumbh 2025

PRAYAGRAJ: The Jal Jeevan Mission‘s ‘Swachh Sujal Gaon’ exhibition at the Mahakumbh is attracting a steady stream of visitors daily. One of the key attractions is ‘The Water Run’ game, which is now available for free on the Amazon Play Store. Visitors can download and play the game on their mobile devices.
The game aims to spread awareness about clean drinking water and water conservation. It has gained significant attention at the Mahakumbh, particularly among young visitors. The Amazon Play Store has made the game available for wider accessibility due to its growing popularity.
In the game, players collect water droplets, with blue droplets representing clean water and earning extra points. Light yellow droplets, representing contaminated water, reduce the score and shorten gameplay. The game provides an interactive way to demonstrate the importance of clean water for health and the need to conserve water resources.
Radhakrishna Tripathi, Senior Advisor at the State Water and Sanitation Mission, said the game educates participants about clean water and conservation while engaging them in an interactive experience.
