JAMMU: Alert Army troops averted a mishap by detecting an Improvised Explosive Device in J&K’s Reasi district late Thursday. The explosive was later neutralised.
Under Operation Adbes, Rashtriya Rifles personnel found the IED in the forest area of Mahore’s Angralla-Bhalla in the evening, Army’s White Knight Corps posted on X.
The area was secured with assistance from J&K Police and the IED was defused by the bomb disposal squad, it stated in another post.
