While he remains in touch with Jennifer Lopez for their children’s school-related matters, he prefers to maintain some distance and holds no hard feelings toward her.
The source also mentioned that Ben Affleck doesn’t see any reason to remain close friends with Jennifer Lopez. Their relationship has been complicated, starting in 2002 after they worked together on Gigli. They got engaged but split in 2004. After rekindling their romance, they got engaged again in 2021 and married privately in Georgia in August 2022, after eloping in Las Vegas.
Just two years after their marriage, Lopez filed for divorce on their wedding anniversary. Before marrying Lopez, Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2015. They share three children together: Violet (19), Seraphina (16), and Samuel (13).
Garner and Affleck were seen sharing a laugh while celebrating Samuel’s birthday. The ex-couple had a great time at Combat Paintball Park in Castaic, California, where Affleck playfully wrapped his arm around Garner’s waist as she aimed her paintball gun at a target.
