Elon Musk shares 'proof' to tell ‘I have a drinking problem’ and ‘clearly I need to …’

Elon Musk recently revealed a peculiar “problem” to his followers on X (formerly known as Twitter). The Tesla and SpaceX CEO shared a candid photo of his bed side table, which appeared to be a mini shrine to his favorite beverage—Diet Coke. The image shows several cans of Diet Coke cluttered on the nightstand, along with a glass of water and a set of headphones resting on the table. A pair of black boots can be seen placed beside his bed side table. Musk captioned the post with a cheeky remark: “I have a drinking problem.”
In a follow-up post, Musk doubled down on the joke, writing, “Clearly, I need to switch to glass bottle DC,” referring to the glass-bottled version of the soft drink often favored for its premium feel and taste.

Not a first time when Elon Musk expressed his love for Diet Coke

This isn’t the first time Musk’s affinity for Diet Coke has come into the spotlight. In the past, he has openly admitted to enjoying the beverage, even calling it ‘awesome’. He then said “”Diet Coke & Coke Zero are awesome. I don’t care if drinking gallons of it shaves a bit of life off. Worth it.”
The 53-year-old tech billionaire shared another image of his bedside table with guns and Diet Coke cans on display. He shared a post on X on November 28, 2022 when he captioned the picture, “My bedside table”. It featured two guns, four cans for caffeine-free Diet Coke, and a recreation of Emanuel Leutze’s painting of George Washington crossing the Delaware River.
